Cashback Offer

• Cashback Offer: Customers may receive cashback on the value of Transaction amount ("Cashback Amount") for all payments made through Kreazlife.com in their respective Kreazlife.com Wallet account ("Kreazlife Wallet") as promotional points, redeemable against partial payment of purchase of products at discount from the website.
• The Cashback Amount may be availed only when payments are made by the Customers through Kreazlife.com option and the Customers is a registered Wallet holder.
• The Cashback Amount will be credited in the Kreazlife.com Wallet account of the Customers, subject to minimum 24 hours of making a Transaction.
• Cashback Amount would be valid for the period of 6 Months from the date of Issue. Respective Cashback amount would expire on completion of six month from date of Issuance.
• This is a limited period offer Kreazlife.com reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria, the T&C and prize/cashback at their sole discretion at any time during its validity as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the Customer(s).
• The cashback under this Offer are neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstance, unless specifically provided hereunder. The cashback can not be encashed or transferable to bank account. All the cashback shall be subject to such other Terms and Conditions as may be applicable and shall have to be duly complied with/ by the customer(s).
• The Customer(s) understand and agree that acceptance of the cashback by them, constitutes grant of permission to the facilitators to click photographs of the Customer and use the Customer’s names, photograph, preferences (likes and dislikes), voice and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide, only for the purposes of advertising and trade without any additional compensation whatsoever to the Customer(s). The customer(s) hereby provides his/her irrevocable consent for sharing/submission of his/her personal information to Kreazlife.com, and subsequent use by Kreazlife.com of such information for lawful purposes as per its discretion.
• The Customer(s) who are residents (permanent/temporary) of any state/union territory within the territory of India shall not be entitled to participate in this Offer, wherever such Offer is prohibited by applicable law.
• Subject to terms and conditions of Kreazlife.com, Cashback Amount may be capped at certain maximum value, with individual products, as per the Cashback Offer.
• In the event of a full or partial refund or return of goods, the proportionate Cashback Amount shall be deducted from the Customers' Kreazlife.com Wallet account. In case the Customers' Kreazlife.com Wallet has zero balance then the account shall be in negative and will be adjusted as soon as the cashback or refund is deposited in the Customers' Kreazlife.com Wallet.
• Unless stated otherwise, the Cashback can be used multiple times by the Customer.
• This Cashback Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion being run by Kreazlife.com
• Kreazlife.com may at its sole discretion choose to provide Cashback Offer on their website.
• Kreazlife.com does not warrant or guarantee availability, merchantability, quality, fitness etc., of any product or service offered by respective brands.
• All incidental costs, taxes or levies related to the cashback, if any, shall be exclusively borne by the Customer(s), including but not limited to logistics, TDS, gift tax (if any), Insurance and any other taxes applicable by the Central, State or Municipal government.
• Kreazlife.com shall not be liable for any hacking or unauthorized use of the Customers' Kreazlife.com Wallet account and it shall be the sole responsibility of the Customers to ensure privacy and confidentiality of Customers' Kreazlife.com Wallet account details.
• Kreazlife.com reserves the right to, at any stage and at its discretion, modify/change or alter this Cashback Offer. Kreazlife.com also reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this Cashback Offer and to discontinue this Cashback Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever.
• Kreazlife.com reserves the right to restrict and disqualify any Customers from the benefits of the Cashback Offer, in case of any fraudulent activity/suspicious Transaction(s) or misuse of the Cashback Offer in any way.
• Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi.
• In all matters relating to the Cashback Offer, Kreazlife.com decision shall be deemed final.
• In case of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions specifically for the Cashback Offer, terms and conditions of such Cashback Offer shall take precedence.
• The Customer(s) understand and agree that Kreazlife.com, its owners and affiliates, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal loss or injury that may be suffered (including loss of life), to the customer(s) and/or any third party, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of the cashback amount.
• In addition to the above, the Cashback Offer is also subject to Kreazlife.com terms and conditions including that of Kreazlife.com Wallet.
• All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them in Kreazlife.com terms and conditions.
• The Customer(s) shall indemnify and keep indemnified Kreazlife.com and their officers, directors, employees, customers, and affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, suits, proceedings, action, liabilities, damages, expenses and costs (including attorney’s fees and court costs) which Kreazlife.com may incur, pay or become responsible as sponsor/organizer/facilitator as a result of (i) breach or alleged breach of the representations or obligations by the Customer(s) under the T&C hereunder; (ii) any failure by the Customer(s) to comply with applicable law and (iii) any third party claim in respect of misuse of any information of a third party by the Customer(s). Kreazlife.com shall have the right to defend themselves, pursuant to this clause, at the cost of the Customer(s). Kreazlife.com or their respective affiliates shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, incurred by the Customer(s) or any third party, in connection with the Offer. It is expressly provided that transaction shall be between Customer(s) & Kreazlife.com only.
• The Customer(s) hereby agree and undertake not to hold kreazlife.com and/or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses, either direct or indirect or remote that they may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claim to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of this Offer.

Limitation of Liability

• Kreazlife.com, and its parent, subsidiary, affiliate, franchisees, and related companies, and each of its and their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents and promotional and advertising agencies, successors, assigns are not responsible for any printing or computer error, omission, interruption, irregularity, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of Program materials or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of Program information due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, at any web site or any combination thereof. In the event that the Website, Mobile App and/or the Rewards Program is temporarily corrupted and suspended, notice of such will be provided.
• By participating in the Program, each Customer accepts all responsibility for, and hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Kreazlife.com and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, promotion and advertising agencies, including, franchisees, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and successors, assigns, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses that may arise from actions taken by such Participant and/or Customer’s participation in the Program, or for any harm or injury caused by any third party.
• In no event shall Kreazlife.com, and its parent, subsidiary, affiliate, franchisees, and related companies, and each of its and their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents and promotional and advertising agencies, successors, assigns be liable for any indirect, Incidental, Consequential, Special, Exemplary, Punitive Damages or Lost profits, even if any or all of the foregoing or any of their Authorised representatives, have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This means that the participant hereby waivesany and all rights to any Indirect, Incidental, Consequential, Special, Exemplary, Punitive Damages or Lost profits from Kreazlife.com and its parent, subsidiary, affiliate, franchisees, and related companies, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Kreazlife.com’s cumulative liability to the participant arising from any cause of action will at all times be limited to the lesser of his/her Actual loss or Rs. 1000/-. The foregoing Disclaimers, Exclusions and Limitations shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, even if any remedy fails its essential purpose.
• In no event shall Kreazlife.com, and its parent, subsidiary, affiliate, franchisees, and related companies, and each of its and their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents and promotional and advertising agencies, successors, assigns are not responsible for any products or services offered on Kreazlife.com other than those manufactured by Kreazlife.com. To the fullest extent allowable by law, Kreazlife.com specifically disclaim any representations or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the product and/or service sold through the program., including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance.
• As a condition of participating in the Program, Customer agrees that, except where prohibited, any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Program or any item purchased therein shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Delhi. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, Participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Program, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delhi, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Delhi or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than State of Delhi.
• If any provision of these Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Rules, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
